Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes is very good. It opens with a faint green apple bouquet with a hint of green melon and lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty faint lime with notes of minerality. I also detected hints of green apple and lemon. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Riesling would pair very nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
