Wine Review: This white gold colored Champagne displays lots of streaming tiny bubbles. It opens with a lemon and sour dough bouquet with a hint of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and has crispy acidity. The flavor profile is a flinty mineral influenced lime with notes of saline and white pepper. We also detected hints of ginger ale and green tea. This finish is rather dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Champagne with king crab legs. Enjoy – KWGTP
