Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from the Monte Rosso Vineyard opens with a fruity black currant bouquet with notes of caramel, cigar box and eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, round and smooth. The flavor profile is a bit of a fruit bomb, featuring cherry and black raspberry flavors with hints of milk chocolate. The finish remains fruity and has some dusty tannins mixed in. The Panel suggested pairing this Cab with a Cuban cigar and just sipping it. Enjoy - KWGTP
