Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Louis Martini opens with a rich dark fruit bouquet consisting of blackberry, blueberry, plum with hints of chocolate and tobacco. We found it to be medium to full bodied, rich, velvety, and lush. Its favors are a combination of black cherry and blackberry with a hint of blueberry. It has a lingering finish with prominent dry sticky tannins. We would pair this well-built Cab with a ribeye steak. Enjoy – Karen and Stuart
