Wine Review: This deep gold colored Chardonnay from Chablis opens with a lemon tart and Asian pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, really well-balanced, round and gentle. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral influenced light lemon and white tea blend. I also detected hints of white peach pit, Anjou pear and nicely integrated saline. The finish is dry and refreshing. This would be a very nice wine to enjoy slightly chilled on a hot day and served with steamers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bright, crisp & concentrated with citrus and stony nuances, elegant dry finish with subtle complexity. Versatile white with bright acidity to complement a range of food types. Ideal for light seafood cuisines as well as Asian fare.
