Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Syrah from Saint Joseph opens with a strawberry rhubarb and blueberry bouquet with a hint of cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum and mild mineral blend with notes of cinnamon. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Syrah with your favorite burger.
