Wine Review: This pink-orange Rose from the Colchagua Valley opens with inviting aromas of summer florals, peach, nectarine and wet cement. The wine enters the palate with sweetened lemon, wild strawberry and blood orange flavors and the acidity is well-managed. This medium-bodied, food-friendly Rose has a zippy finish and would pair well with any poultry dish or mixed grill in a citrus marinade. – Jeoff
Winemaker Notes: Bright pale pink color with fuchsia sparks. Fruit aromas of raspberry, red cherry, gooseberry and grapefruit with delicate hints of flowers. Remarkably tasty, fresh mouthfeel and delicious texture. Drink now to enjoy its youth at best. Pair with moderately spicy preparations like gazpacho, pizza, paella or a refreshing Greek salad. Serve slightly chilled.
