Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black cherry and black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is mineral and oak infused black currant with notes of mild cherry and green olive. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite some time. This Cab would pair nicely with steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Ruby red color with beautiful brick nuances. Ripe plum and cherry scented nose enhanced by notes of cocoa, hazelnut, nutmeg, tobacco, and cedar. Gentle and friendly tannins. A juicy and flavorful wine to drink now or lay down for the future.
