Wine Review: This delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile is deep ruby in color. It has a wonderfully complex bouquet of chocolate, cherry, spice, leather and a hint of mint. It is medium to full bodied, round and fruity, with soft tannins and balanced acidity. It shows even better after being opened for an hour. Flavors of blackberry, cherry, dark chocolate and a hint of oak. The fruity finish is medium to long. Steak au poivre would go well with this Cab. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Bright ruby red colour. The nose opens with fresh fruit such as plums and cherries which blend with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted hazelnut flour, white pepper, cloves and cashew nuts. The palate is well-balanced with good structure and volume and a very pleasant lingering finish.
