Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet opens with wild strawberry and red raspberry like bouquet with a hint of mint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly juicy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is an oak infused black cherry with notes of dark chocolate and plum. I also detected a hint of oak and espresso. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins and fresh acidity stick around for quite some time after the wine is gone. This Chilean Cab would be a nice option to consider with a juicy burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Grande Reserve 2010 has a deep ruby red colour with hints of brick. Ripe plum, cherry and blackberry aromas combine with liquorice, black pepper, cocoa, chestnuts, and graphite notes. A complex, elegant, captivating wine.
