Wine Review: This ruby colored Spanish red blend is very good. It opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty black plum and black licorice blend with some hints of black raspberry, minerality, and old oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are well managed and drift away nicely. This wine is food friendly. I would pair it with grilled steak tips or with a fig glazed pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
