Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Linked opens with a fragrant black currant and black cherry bouquet with hints of old leather and red delicious apple. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, smooth, and graceful. The flavor profile is graphite and stewed black plum blend with notes of gentle oak and strawberry. We also detected hints of tobacco, clove, and dark chocolate. The finish is dry and its flavors, acidity, and dusty tannins build-up and linger. The Tasting Panel would decant this very young Cab for a bit before pairing it with a porterhouse steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
