Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Merlot from Line 39 is a good value. It opens with a dried cranberries, eucalyptus, red raspberry and sour cherry bouquet. On the palate, it is medium bodied with flavors of sour cherry and a hint of rhubarb. We found it to be dry and balanced with nicely integrated oak on the finish. This is a pleasant every day Merlot to serve with burgers topped with blue cheese and bacon. - Karen and Stu

Winemaker Notes: Our 2015 Merlot features aromas and flavors of cherry, ripe plum and hints of roasted coffee on the palate. Bright and juicy, this wine is full of sweet fruit characteristics balanced by firm tannins which culminate in a velvety, smooth, easy-drinking finish.
