Wine Review: This dark red colored Syrah and Grenache blend opens with a wild strawberry jam and black licorice bouquet with hints of peony flowers. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright and juicy. The flavor profile is delicious strawberry and crushed stone blend with notes of oak, cranberry, black pepper, and white tea. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins linger and last for quite some time. The Tasting Panel would pair this red blend with a bistro lamb burger or Irish lamb stew. Enjoy – KWGTP
