Wine Review: This deep straw-colored Chardonnay based wine opens with mild apricot and pineapple aromas with a hint of fresh flowers. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. It is also nicely balanced and round. The flavor profile is a mild golden delicious apple and gentle pineapple blend with notes of lime. There are also some hints of honeydew melon and minerality in the background. The finish is dry and refreshing for a Chard based wine. This easy to drink wine is quite a quaffer and great value as well. Too bad there was not much made. Order some quick and share with friends at summer picnic with sharp cheese and stoned wheat thin crackers. Enjoy – Ken
