Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Blanc opens with a faint lemon-lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated mild acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality and gentle lemon zest blend with notes of saline and white tea. The finish is rather dry and lingers nicely. This Pinot Blanc would pair nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1983). Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks.
Color: Soft, straw yellow
Tasting Notes: Dry white wine with bright acidity and flavors of sugared lemon peel, rose petal and a touch of seaspray.
