Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sparkling Pinot Blanc opens with very fine steaming bubbles and a bread dough and crushed oyster shell bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright and zesty. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality, bread dough and lemon zest blend with notes of white pepper and a hint of pink grapefruit. The finish is dry and its rather refreshing. I would pair this very good Sparkling Wine with broiled scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Traditional Method sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes and, on average, ages 22 months before being disgorged in small lots to guarantee a crisp, fresh wine. This brut sparkler boasts a nose of green apple and pear, accented by hints of citrus, honey, and yeast. The palate comes alive with delicate, refreshing, tiny bubbles.
