Wine Review: This straw-colored Pinot Blanc opens with a lemon zest and mild peach bouquet with a hint of wet granite. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with bright acidity. The flavor profile is a crushed stony minerality along with notes of lime zest and green apple along with a hint of saline. The finish is mouthwatering and shows nice length. This Pinot Blanc would pair well with sushi. Enjoy – Ken
