Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Blanc opens with a Bosc pear and green apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy going. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with hints of light lemon-lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Pinot Blanc went very well the manchego cheese at the winery. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1983). Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine is vibrant and crisp with notes of lemongrass, rose petals, and sugared lemon peels. After a finish of star fruit and green apple, there is a touch of sea spray.
