Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Franc opens with a new leather bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and a little juicy. The flavor profile is a black cherry and strawberry blend with notes of old oak, minerality and a hint of blueberry. The finish is dry and subtly fades away. This gentle Cab Franc would pair well with Spanish rice. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Medium-bodied dry red wine with bright red berry notes and hints of spice and earth. Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak.
