Wine Review: This translucent and dark red colored Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley opens with a fresh wild strawberry and black raspberry bouquet with hints of oolong tea and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a red raspberry and strawberry licorice blend with notes of black tea and loam. I also detected hints of pomegranate and red cherry. The finish is dry and is mild dusty tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this very nice Pinot with strawberry basil chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This is our second release of this decadent Pinot Noir. After talking about adding Pinot to our line-up for some time we found the Filigreen Farm in Anderson Valley, some of the leaders of Biodynamic farming in California. Made from 100% Pommard clone. We are very pleased with the result and look forward to you enjoying it as well.
