Wine Review: This light coral colored wine opens with a strawberry and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and approachable. The flavor profile is a blend of gentle crushed stone minerality, lime and maraschino cherry. I also detected some hints of dried herbs and faint watermelon in the background. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this wine with a sunny day. Enjoy – Ken
