Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with dried cherry, cola and black pepper bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is an earthy mineral influenced spiced plum with notes of cedar plank and black olive. The finish is dry and its flavor drift away nicely. This Pinot would air well with a wild boar ragu over farfalle. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Expressive black cherry, black tea, and forest floor aromas expose a polished and poised dark raspberry, bitter chocolate and spice flavors that finish with our region’s minerality and mild tannin.
