Wine Review: This white gold colored wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes. It opens with a mild orange and strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and rather juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe tangerine with notes of minerality, pear and lime. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The third edition of our White Pinot Noir is even more dazzling than the first two! Perfumed with fresh scents and mirrored flavors of Rainier cherry, peach and poached pear. Rich and broad with bright, balancing acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
