Wine Review: This salmon colored Rose made from Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant and appealing strawberry bouquet with hints of red cherry and a whiff of pilsner beer. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, smooth as silk and very east to quaff. The flavor profile is a mild strawberry and gentle cherry blend with hints of minerality. The finish is dry and slowly fades away. This wine is so friendly that you can quaff it on the beach or just enjoy it with a flaky white fish. Enjoy it while you can, it won’t last long! - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Luscious cherry, and strawberries with cream, finished by a hint of spice.
