Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Oregon opens with a mild lemon, gentle apple and light oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lemon and oak blend with hints of pear and honey. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with chicken picatta. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Spicy, toasty, and polished with lime-accented pear, mineral-drenched green apple and grapefruit flavors. A very balanced Chard, which is what we strive for.
