Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a black cherry and mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, mouthwatering and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a mild plum with hints of red cherry and mild raspberry. I also detected a hint of oak. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Pinot is food friendly and would pair well with braised pork chops with apples and onions. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Vibrant and spicy with firm / refined tannins Core of raspberry, earth and spice and a fine grained frame. To be released September 23, 2013.
