Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Blanc from Oregon opens with a fragrant floral bouquet with a hint of cantaloupe and lychee. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly acidic and round. The flavor profile is very unique blend of lychee and Anjou pear with hints of honey and yellow grapefruit. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with a Hawaiian pizza or roasted pork. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Left Coast Cellars' 100% Pinot Blanc is crisp and focused with juicy melon, pear and mango flavors and a hint of passion fruit. Finishing slightly spicy and minerally.
