Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant black currant bouquet with a hint of mild oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle plum with notes of black currant, minerality and beautifully integrated oak. There was also a dash of black pepper detected as well. The finish is dry and its fine tannins are elegant. This food friendly Pinot would pair very nicely with seasoned pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
