Wine Review: This wine opens with a musty Bosc pear bouquet with a hint of apple in the background. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, shows a little sweetness and a touch of viscosity. The flavor profile is a mild sweet pineapple with hints of honeydew melon and Bosc pear. I also detected a nuance of vanilla oak as the wine evolved into the finish. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. I would pair this wine with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A bright and vibrant bouquet portraying beurre bosc, fresh lime wedge and ripe fig. Layers of complexity appear with blanched hazelnuts, sweet cinnamon, apricot kernel and lifted frangipani. The palate expressive, showing great clarity, the palate defined by a fruit spectrum of pear, lime curd and lemon zest. Its liveliness is highlighted with a pronounced, yet very fine acid structure, which tightens and directs the texture and fruit concentration. Subtle cinnamon and lemongrass provide further complexity
