Wine Review: This ruby colored Shiraz opens with a mild plum bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild red raspberry with hints of plum, black cherry and very gentle oak. The finish is dry and its mild subtle tannins are very friendly. This wine would pair well with cherry amaretto chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Black pepper notes on the nose with nuances of spicy clove around a core of blackberry and Satsuma plum fruit and spicy French oak. The medium weight palate shows great intensity of flavour with dark raspberries and Satsuma plums. Extremely soft and approachable through the middle palate with fine grain tannins to finish.
