Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Tempranillo opens with a fragrant Chambord and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and quite concentrated. The flavor profile is a ripe blackberry and black licorice blend. I also detected some notes of black pepper. The finish is quite dry and its big tannins show quite a bit of length. This is such a big wine that I would serve it with slow cooked beef stew. Enjoy – Ken
