Wine Review: This dark pink colored wine made from Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant watermelon bouquet with hints of Maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused watermelon with notes of a saline and a hint of cherry. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Rose from Sancerre would pair very well with a lobster roll. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Sancerre Rose has a charming pink color with golden reflections that invite further reflection with gourmand notes of red berries in syrup (grenadine, raspberry). Aromas of apricot, ripe banana and vine peach bring elegance and vibrancy. An aerial mouth with beautiful roundness and warm notes of blood orange and peach contribute a refreshing freshness.
