Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine opens with a fragrant watermelon, wet stone, and Maraschino cherry bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is kind of tropical. It features, a mineral infused mild mango and tangerine blend with hints of banana. The finish is off-dry and lingers nicely. This Rose is a good value beach or pool wine. Serve is slightly chilled on a hot summer day. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The nose has beautiful aromas of raspberries and wild flowers. The palate is wonderfully bright and fresh with notes of strawberry and pear. This Rose is the perfect all occasion wine! It is especially perfect as an aperitif, with all seafood dishes, salads, charcuterie and goat cheese.
