Wine Review: This pale salmon colored Rose from Cotes de Provence is a good summer option. It opens with a mild orange, strawberry and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry with hints of clementine. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Rose is affordable and would be idea with steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The nose has beautiful aromas of raspberries and wild flowers, and the palate is wonderfully bright and fresh with notes of strawberry and pear. This Rose is the perfect all occasion wine! It is especially perfect as an aperitif, with all seafood dishes, salads, charcuterie and goat cheese.
