Wine Review: This orangish pink colored wine made from Pinot Noir grapes opens with a wild rose bush bouquet with a faint hint of strawberry and watermelon in the background. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a mineral infused red cherry with notes of tangerine, tobacco and lime. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for a while. This Rose would pair well with a grilled orange roughy with a cilantro-lime sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Beautiful pale pink in color, it is a light, delicious Rose. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine has fresh, delicate aromas and flavors of strawberries, cream, honeysuckle, orange zest, watermelon and mandarin oranges with nice floral notes, a touch of spice and refreshing acidity. Served chilled, with fresh seafood, especially salmon, crab or shrimp.
