Wine Review: This medium ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from LangeTwins opens with a black cherry and graphite bouquet with hints of red licorice and milk chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and frisky. The flavor profile is a tart cherry and pomegranate blend with notes of graphite and oak. We also detected hints of dark chocolate and black raspberry.
