Wine Review: This brilliant yellow colored Chard opens with an attractive light green apple bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is well balanced, elegant, and displays a classic California Chardonnay style. The flavor profile is a light pineapple with lemon and touch of oak and butter. The finish is dry and a bit subtle. The panel felt this Chard would nicely complement crab cakes or pan seared scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The aromas of toasted almonds, caramel, and coconut are followed by crisp green apple and lemon rind flavors that convey certain minerality. The acidity will pair well with seafoods and shellfish, and complement pastas with cream sauces, as well as roast chicken and pork roast with fruit.
