Wine Review: We found this light yellow colored Chard to be rather appealing. It opens with an oak influenced mandarin orange and pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle oak influenced green apple and honey dew melon. The finish is dry and pleasantly drifts away. This is a very friendly Chardonnay that readers will enjoy drinking. Pair it with sharp cheddar cheese and sliced Granny Smith apples. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine exhibits baked pear and apple notes with lemon custard and sandalwood aromas with a hint of anise. In the mouth, the wine adds orange blossom and toasted almond notes. The rich texture is complemented by crisp acidity, leaving a long balanced finish.
