Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a fragrant lime and grapefruit bouquet with a hint of white peach. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and balanced between its fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is a gently sweet mild lemon-lime and ginger blend with nicely integrate minerality. I also detected hints of honeydew melon and green tea. The finish lingers and fades away nicely. This Riesling is food friendly enough to have with swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken
