Wine Review: This pleasant dry Riesling from New York is a light golden color. It opens with a green apple, floral gardenia and wet slate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and dry with moderate acidity. The flavors are lemon lime and tart green apple with some minerality nicely blended in. The finish remains dry with some moderate citrus notes lingering. I would pair this Riesling this with chicken piccata. - Mark
