Wine Review: This pale straw colored "Semi-Dry" Riesling from the Finger Lakes has an inviting ripe tropical fruit bouquet including pineapples with hints of cantaloupe and tangerine. The light bodied palate was smooth and lively with pineapple, peach, coconut and hints of grapefruit, lemon and a touch of vanilla. The acidity was nicely balanced and refreshing. The finish was slightly dry and lingered nicely. I would pair this New York "Semi-Dry" Riesling with Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Luscious, ripe peach and Ginger Gold apple aromas mingle with notes of melon and dried apricot. Clean minerality with hints of lime zest on the palate. A perfect wine to serve beside a fresh fruit salad or with German-style sausages.
