Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a pear and green grape bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild green grape with hints green apple and lime. There is also some mild minerality mixed in. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Riesling would pair well with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This zesty Riesling opens with grapefruit, ginger and iced green tea. A plush mouthfeel follows on the mid-palate with notes of mineral and lemongrass on a crisp finish.
