Wine Review: This almost clear colored dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a candle wax and lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with hints of tangerine and lemon. The finish is dry and its ripe fruit flavors are nicely prolonged. This Riesling is food friendly and would pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A signature Lamoreaux Landing Riesling: classic Seneca Lake minerality frames soft flavors of lemon curd and hints of passion fruit on the finish. Serve with dill & Riesling poached halibut, or grilled bratwurst smeared with grainy mustard.
