Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling opens with a very mild peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced between its gentle acidity and its fruit. The flavor profile is a pleasant light lemon-lime blend with a hint of green apple and honey in the background. The finish is semi-dry and lingers nicely. This wine would pair perfectly with a mixed cheese platter. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Apricots explode from a glass of this semi-dry offering. With other notable aromas of tangerine and honeydew melon, this beautifully balanced Riesling reveals hints of raspberries and honey on the palate before finishing with a rush of white peaches. Enjoy this wine on its own or pair it with spicy cuisine, salty dishes such as cheeses, or fresh fruit.
