Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle plum and faint cherry blend with hints of mild minerality. The finish is dry and its fades away nicely. This Pinot and food friendly and will be a crowd pleaser. I would pair it with a hot roast beef sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
