Wine Review: This light white wine opens with an attractive pineapple bouquet with notes of mild grapefruit with a hint of green melon. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a very tasty green melon with notes of white pepper and lime. I also detected hints of apple and mild grapefruit. It is pretty complex. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine would pair very nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
