Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a very fragrant and inviting lemon-butter, pineapple and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, fresh and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty light lemon and gentle oak blend with notes of pineapple with hints of almond and just a touch of coconut in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Chard goes down easy and a second glass is a must. It was well liked by those that tried it. Pair it with a seafood casserole. Enjoy - Ken
