Wine Review: This opaque and midnight blue colored Bordeaux opens with a fragrant ripe black cherry and leather bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy for a Bordeaux. The flavor profile is a cedar infused plum with hints of black cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors show nice length. This wine would be perfect with a bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
