Wine Review: This light yellow colored white blend is quite enjoyable. It would be a perfect summer wine. It opens with a very fragrant green apple bouquet with a touch of lime. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and shows very nice acidity as well as upfront fruit and crispness. The flavor profile is a tasty tart lime with a touch of pineapple and green apple blended in. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine is a perfect and affordable pool or beach wine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This unique white blend is a sensory revelation. This baby is bright, fresh, and crisp with ripe white peach and floral notes in the nose. Honeydew rind, ripe apple and a hint of crisp lime explode on the palate, quickly followed by a complex and balanced finish. For food partners, we’re still pondering what food this wouldn’t go with, but for sure it’s a wine to keep in the fridge for all occasions.
